This Privacy Policy explains how ARCONEST ("we", "us") handles information on the website arconest.dev and in the mobile applications we publish. We keep data collection to the minimum a product needs to work.

This website

The website arconest.dev is a static informational site. It does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics, and it does not ask you to create an account. Like any web host, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process technical data such as IP address and request metadata in server logs for security and delivery purposes.

Contacting us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in the message. We use it only to reply to you and do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Our apps

Each app we publish describes in its store listing what data, if any, it collects and why. Unless an app explicitly states otherwise, we do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising. Where an app uses third-party services (for example, crash reporting or payment processing by Apple or Google), those services process data under their own privacy policies.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate our products, when required by law, or with your consent.

Data retention and your rights

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
